1. Return & Refund Eligibility:

We offer returns and refund under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The customer provides a mandatory unboxing video showing the package being opened from its sealed state, clearly capturing the issue.
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Refund:

To file a return or refund request, kindly email us at support@stylogirlz.in within 48 hours of receiving the product with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Mandatory unboxing video (without this, claims for damage or defect will not be processed)

We will review your request and respond within 24-48 business hrs with further instructions.

3. Refund Process:

Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed . Refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

4. Right to Deny Requests:

Stylogirlz.in reserves the right to reject return/refund requests if:

  • Products are returned without proper packaging or appear used
  • Requests are made beyond the permitted window (48 hours post-delivery)
  • The unboxing video requirement is not fulfilled
  • The claim is inconsistent with the evidence provided
